"Things aren't too bad. Games like Wolves we feel like we want to do more, especially in the second half at 1-0 up we need to show more, we need to keep the ball and create chances. Now we go into West Ham. Every game away from home is difficult. West Ham are a very good team but we need to go the same way and get the points.
"Steve has been really good. We have played some really good football, especially in the first half against Wolves. He wanted to play with four or five touches when they went forward. We are trying to play a little bit higher up the pitch. Every week we are looking at different concepts, we are trying to put everything into games to win. Until the red card we dropped back and tried to keep the draw. It is difficult to go forward with a man less. We needed to do better though as we were at home, we need to show a little bit more.
"The last two months have been quite difficult for me. As a player you want to be involved. The last few games I was on the sidelines. I just try to keep going and working hard. But personally now I feel I had a decent game and I need to push on to be in the team."
